Buzzy is a read-only marketing analytics service. You connect social and advertising accounts you control, and Buzzy reads their performance data and presents it in one place, across any date range you choose.
Buzzy cannot publish. It does not post, schedule, edit or delete anything on your accounts, and it does not read your messages or contacts. If you need to change something on a platform, you do it on that platform.
You retain all rights to your accounts, your content and the performance data Buzzy reads on your behalf. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store that data, process it into the analytics you asked for, and display it to you and to anyone you deliberately share a report with.
We do not sell your data, use it to train machine-learning models, or pool it into benchmarks without your separate, explicit consent.
Buzzy reports what the connected platforms report. We never estimate, infer or invent a figure — where data is missing or a platform has not been read yet, Buzzy shows that rather than a number.
However, the platforms themselves revise their figures for several days after the fact, apply their own definitions to terms like "reach" and "view", and limit how far back their history can be read. Buzzy's figures are therefore only as accurate, timely and complete as the source platforms make them. They are provided for reporting and decision-making, not as an audited record, and we do not warrant that they are error-free.
Refunds are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms. If Buzzy has failed to deliver what you paid for, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
You can create links that let someone view a report without logging in. Anyone holding such a link can see that report, so treat it as you would any unlisted URL. The date range is fixed when the link is created, and you can revoke a link at any time.

Buzzy depends on APIs operated by other companies. Those companies may change, restrict, price or withdraw access at any time, and some data is only available while a platform chooses to expose it. We are not responsible for their availability or their decisions, and such a change is not a failure of these terms.
Where you take part, commission is paid on referred subscriptions at the published rate, for as long as the referred subscription remains active. Self-referral, misrepresentation of the service and unsolicited bulk promotion forfeit commission.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law. Any service-level commitment applies only where agreed separately in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from reliance on figures reported by connected platforms.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before taking effect; continued use afterwards means acceptance.
