This policy explains how refunds work for Buzzy subscriptions, operated by 100K Company, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged anything until the trial ends, and you can cancel from Settings at any point during it at zero cost. This is the main way we expect people to decide whether Buzzy is right for them before any money moves.
Paddle is the merchant of record for all Buzzy subscriptions: Paddle is the seller on your card statement, issues your invoice, and its own buyer terms govern the transaction. Paddle's dispute-resolution process runs alongside the policy below, not instead of it. If Paddle's terms and this page ever conflict, contact us first; we would rather fix it directly than have you go through a card dispute.
An annual plan is a bigger up-front commitment, so we treat it more generously than a monthly one: cancel within 30 days of an annual charge and we will refund the unused months, minus the portion covering the time you already had access to. Closer to renewal, refunds are considered case by case rather than guaranteed.
If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right to cancel a distance contract, nothing in this policy limits that right. In practice the 7-day free trial already covers the withdrawal period most such laws require, since no payment is taken until it ends. If you believe a charge was taken in breach of a statutory right that applies to you, tell us. This is resolved in your favour by default, not argued about.
Email hello@trybuzzy.com with your account email and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve straightforward cases (billing mistakes, duplicate charges) the same day.
We would genuinely rather refund you directly than have you raise a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs both sides more time and can suspend your account while it is investigated. Ask first.
